We tend to focus on all the things we don’t have, we haven’t accomplished, our losses, regrets, fears, doubts.
But what about all those lessons you have gotten through?
The things you have accomplished?
Make a list of all the the things you have done in your life. You’ll be surprised at what lands on that list that you have forgotten about. Have gratitude for what you have done and gotten thru.
We set goals in life, and though our goals maybe differ now from earlier in life, you still have accomplished alot. Don’t compare yourself to others. Your path is a different path than theirs.
Celebrate those accomplishments, as you should be proud, and have gratitude for what you do have in life.
